The rules for using max-moves. Plain English wherever possible — Dutch law applies underneath.
1. Who we are

2. What max-moves is — and isn't
max-moves is an independent comparison platform for newcomers in the Netherlands. We do not sell insurance, banking, energy, mobile, internet, or lease products ourselves. We help you compare providers and forward your application if you choose to apply.
The contract for any product you sign up for is always between you and the provider. We are not a party to that contract.
3. Using the platform
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You must give honest answers in our quizzes — we cannot match you accurately if you don't.
- You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
4. Free for users
max-moves is free to use. We are paid by providers when you sign up through us — never by you. See our affiliate disclosure for details. The price you pay a provider is identical whether you reach them through us or directly.
5. No financial advice
Our matches are based on the answers you give. We do not provide regulated financial advice. For complex situations, consult a licensed financial adviser (onafhankelijk financieel adviseur).
6. Liability
We do our best to keep provider data accurate, but we cannot guarantee that quotes, conditions, or availability are always up-to-date. Always confirm the final terms with the provider before signing. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law.
7. Intellectual property
The max-moves brand, logo, copy, code, and design are owned by max-moves B.V. You may share public pages, but reusing content commercially requires our written permission.
8. Termination
You can stop using max-moves at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform (e.g. spam, fraud) without prior notice.
9. Governing law
Dutch law applies. Disputes are settled by the competent court of the Netherlands. Consumer rights under EU law remain unaffected.
