We collect the minimum data needed to match you with the right Dutch providers — and never resell it.
Who we are
max-moves B.V. ("max-moves", "we", "us") is the data controller for the personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at info@max-moves.nl.
What we collect
When you take a quiz, we collect only the answers needed to compare providers — for example: age bracket, city, employment status, BSN status, household composition, and the email address you use to receive your results.
We also collect a minimal set of technical data: IP address (truncated), browser, device type, referring page, and the pages you view on max-moves.
What we don't collect
- We do not collect your BSN.
- We do not collect your bank account number.
- We do not collect any government IDs.
- We do not buy data from third parties to enrich your profile.

Sharing with providers
We only share your details with a provider after you explicitly select that provider and click "Apply". We never push your data to providers automatically, and we never share your phone number unless you choose to provide it.
Retention
- Quiz answers without an application: deleted after 30 days.
- Quiz answers with a forwarded application: kept for 7 years for tax and audit reasons.
- Email subscribers: kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your data. Email info@max-moves.nl and we'll respond within 30 days.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Security
We use TLS 1.3 in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access logging on every internal query. Our servers are hosted within the EU.
Changes
Material changes are communicated by email to subscribers and published on this page. The "last updated" date above always reflects the most recent revision.
